Madhavi

M adhavi was rescued with a fractured fore-limb and has been under our care since 2019. We couldn’t release her back as she didn’t have a community caretaker and needed a safe place to live.

By the last week of February 2023, Madhavi started to suffer from enlargement of heart, respiratory issues, and edema. Despite our best efforts to manage her condition with heart medicines and supportive therapy, she did not improve and passed away on 2 March. While we mourn her loss, we are happy that she did not suffer long and stayed comfortable almost to the end.
