P igmy was rescued with a large mammary tumor along with a few smaller ones. While undergoing surgery, a few uterine tumors were also discovered and thankfully removed. Spayed, recovered and healed, Pigmy was a happy camper. She socialised well with humans and loved being pampered.
However, by the end of May 2021, Pigmy's condition worsened, as by the time we had intervened to remove most of her tumor, metastasis had already set in. Unfortunately, we had to put her to sleep on 3 June to relieve her from any more suffering. We are extremely grateful to have given her a few happy weeks before she crossed the rainbow bridge. May her soul RIP!
