A traumatic bite from a dog left this adorable pup paralyzed from the waist down, and if it hadn’t been for the immediate actions of caring folks in his community, who knows what fate he would have gone on to suffer! Fortunately, speedy treatment to alleviate his pain and tend to his wounds helped him begin the long and arduous journey back to full fitness and health, and daily physiotherapy sessions at our ABC and Rescue Centre have already seen him fighting hard to regain the use of his hind limbs.
A charming conversationalist, chatty Cadbury is ready to bring the love, laughter, and light to your life that you’ve been missing, and provided you are patient with him as he recuperates and finds his paws again, this mischievous cherub will love you unconditionally in return.
On February 15th, Cadbury started to look dull, had a loss of appetite, and also had a few bouts of diarrhea. Unfortunately, the parvo test returned positive. Even though fluid therapy was started immediately, poor Cadbury did not pull through and passed away the next day. Even though he stayed with us for a very short time, his memories will remain evergreen. Rest in peace, Cadbury!
