R ambo's life was a far cry from the heroic name he bears. Rescued from a home that was little more than a prison, he was found in a state of neglect that is hard to imagine. His body was riddled with ticks, a stark testament to the cruelty he endured! Malnourished and dehydrated, Rambo clung precariously to life.

Thanks to the swift intervention of our legal team, who acted upon a distressing complaint, Rambo and his siblings were liberated from their tormentors. Under the watchful care of the team, Rambo embarked on a remarkable recovery journey. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, he shed the scars of his past and transformed into a handsome young dog.

Rambo is a gentle soul with a heart of gold. Though initially wary, he is a friendly companion who rewards patience and understanding with unwavering loyalty. Despite his imposing stature, he possesses a gentle spirit and a voracious appetite.

A loving home is the missing piece of Rambo's puzzle. A family who understands the nuances of training a large breed dog is essential. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, Rambo can be easily trained to be an obedient and cooperative companion. He can receive the undivided attention he so richly deserves as a single pet.

During the last week of October 2024, Rambo started to lose weight and appeared dull. His blood test revealed severe anaemia with thrombocytopenia. We attempted a blood transfusion for him after which he started to eat and showed signs of improvement for a couple of days. However, on the 1st of November, he crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly. While we miss him deeply, we are thankful for the opportunity to have given this beautiful soul a few happy weeks. May his soul rest in peace!
